We collect limited business and website information, use it to operate our services, and do not sell personal information. Our targeting research is designed to avoid patient-level and private clinical data.
Bullseye Medical Intelligence provides physician targeting research to medical device, specialty therapeutics, diagnostics, healthcare services, and other commercial healthcare teams. Privacy questions may be sent to leads@bullseyemedical.ai.
We may collect information you submit directly, including your name, work email, company, product or therapy area, and message. We may also collect limited technical and usage information such as browser type, pages visited, referral source, and general region. Commercial engagements may require business contact information for designated client team members.
We use information to respond to inquiries, schedule and conduct working sessions, deliver contracted research, provide requested follow-up, operate and improve the website, and meet legal obligations. We do not use visitor information for behavioral advertising or automated employment, credit, insurance, or clinical decisions.
Our research methodology is designed not to use patient-level data, protected health information, medical or clinical records, insurance claims, appointment data, EMR/EHR data, patient portals, or other login-gated private systems. Commercial targeting work is based on public-facing physician and practice information and other commercially permissible public records.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of the business. We do not sell personal information.
The website may use essential cookies and limited analytics to understand aggregate usage. We do not use advertising cookies or behavioral retargeting. Browser controls can limit cookies, though some basic site functions may be affected.
We retain inquiry and client contact information only as long as reasonably needed for the relationship, recordkeeping, and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
